We love our youth at Green Forest! If you have children, we believe they will find a happy home to grow in the Lord at Green Forest.

College Intern Program

Each summer, we have a college student come to Green Forest to be our summer youth intern. Here is a list of our previous youth interns:

Chase Almond (2013) – Crowley’s Ridge College Bible major graduate – current Preaching Minister at the Grace Point Church of Christ (AR).

Seth Parnell (2014) – Crowley’s Ridge College Bible major graduate – current Preaching Minister at the Portia Church of Christ (AR).

Michael Shifflet (2015) – Freed-Hardeman Bible major graduate – currently working with autistic children in Evansville, IN.

Daniel Alavi (2016 & 2017) – Freed-Hardeman Bible major graduate – current campus minister at the Central Church of Christ in Huntsville, AL.

Michael Bush (2019) – a Freed-Hardeman graduate – working with the Global Broadcasting Network (GBN) in Graphic Design, Video Production, and Social Media.

Joe Wright (2020, 2021, & 2022 – Pictured below) – a Harding University senior. Joe is excited to work with our youth this summer.
